POLITICAL/ETHICAL/MORAL CONFUSION & GETTING RID OF AN ONTARIO 'SACRED COW'

"Before I pass away, I will do my best to help get rid of this Ontario Religious School Funding 'Sacred Cow' and facebook many of the Canadian consensus media as possible so that no one plays the fool." - Mike Researcher

With the exception of the so-called “Senate Scandals” that would be relegated to the back pages and/or a rare byline by the consensus media if Canada's present prime minister was a Liberal, Prime Minister: Stephen Harper has done relatively well.
Admittedly, although very few bills and/or legislation has been put through the House of Commons and the Senate, Prime Minister: Stephen Harper has been trying to negotiate with other nations in signing free trade deals to reduce our trade dependency with the Americans so what is the problem? Despite world travels, the Prime Minister's parliamentary attendance record is better than 'that boy'.
Perhaps it is part of the 'Harper Derangement Syndrome' but when I converse with the occasional Harper hater, I simply ask that person how the Stephen Harper government has personally and negatively affected them but alas, I usually get a non-response and/or 'I don't like the guy'...h'yuk,h'yuk.
.            Composed are some noticeable disturbing observations, as follows:

  1. Even though the Stephen Harper government has been the most proactive in history regarding upgrading the status of First Nations, there are ongoing protests and irrational resentments against Stephen Harper by some leading aboriginals. For example, during the 'Pierre Elliott Trudeau' years, a certain liberal cabinet minister's rude response against the mercury poisoning in some of the First Nations Reserve's lakes were typified in lyrics from a song (Gavin's Woodpile - 1975) from Bruce Cockburn, And some government gambler with his mouth full of steak saying, If you can't eat the fish, fish in some other lake.”. What is more disturbing is the lack of response and lack of credibility by leading First Nations Band Council members' in not challenging the Gay Community who dare to compare themselves with aboriginals. Please...don't patronize us non-aboriginal Canadians with the 'two-spirits' bull-sh*t minority in aboriginal culture.
  2. What the h-ll! Protests against the federal government regarding 'Robocalls' and not against the years of outrageous corruptions and abuse by the Ontario Liberal provincial government? The list goes on regarding the billion-dollar e-health boondoggle, ORNGE scandal, and the wasted millions of dollars involved in the power plant moving scandal.
  3. Finally, I am appalled that extra funding for a religious school system still exists in Ontario and not made a point of discussion during the Ontario 2014 Election despite the increase of secularism and a pluralistic multi-religious society. During the Mike Harris provincial government era, on Friday, November 5th, 1999; the UN ruled against Canada and the Ontario government regarding religious school funding in a surprisingly short 18-page document that concluded, either fund all the religious schools or don't fund any of them (one of my posts: 1999 UN Ruling Against Canada & Ontario Pertaining To Religious School Funding has the entire UN ruling). Because it is a legal rat's nest on what constitutes credible fund-able mainstream religions, it would be incumbent to not fund any of them with the provisos of a tax-break for parents to send their children to any legitimate private secular and/or religious school Not only the previous Ontario provincial governments but the present Kathleen Wynne provincial government hasn't made any attempt to redress this outrageous human/religious rights violation despite the economic benefits of potentially billions of dollars that would be available in eliminating any religious schools funding which could be redirected to Ontario Works, community centres and/or and/other anti-poverty venues. With the exception of John Clarke, leader of OCAP (Ontario Coalition Against Poverty) in August 2000 who accused the Mike Harris provincial government of hypocrisy in not complying with the UN ruling and yet, cutting funding by 24% to welfare (Ontario Works) recipients; the other anti-poverty organisations and especially the media have been surprisingly silent and have not initiated any action plan and/or challenge to the Ontario government to comply with the UN religious school ruling of which there is very minimal media coverage and do the right financial thing! Unbelievable that during this modern society, that all the Ontario governments since 1985 are supporting this archaic 'good ol' boys', 'chawin' tobaccy', 'spittoons', 'confederate flag on top of a roof of a 52' Ford pick-up', 'gun racks', 'parish lines', 'education' economic blood-letting system that drained billions (perhaps, trillions) of dollars out of Ontario taxpayers.
I have tried to minimise this post as much as possible.
For you who have children and/or grandchildren, you need to search your soul regarding truth, integrity and set a credible example.

Yours, in the best interests in stablilization of our social infrastructures,
